Healthy, homemade popsicles made to cool you down and build your immune system! A lot of store bought popsicles are packed with artificial flavors and high fructose corn syrup - which isn’t the healthiest option. But, these popsicles are made with natural fruit flavors and natural sweeteners.

I made these popsicles that target your immune system, to give it a boost. Jamaican Sea Moss and Bladderwrack are the key ingredients in the popsicles that strengthen your immune system. Jamaican Sea Moss, also known as Irish Moss in Jamaica, is known to REMOVE mucus. Bladderwrack contains all 102 minerals for the human body, when paired with Sea Moss and it helps with cleansing, digestive disorders, heartburn, helps increase your energy levels and much more!
