Who doesn’t love a bomb ass burger? When I made these Vegan bacon cheeseburger cups, I wanted to try something a little different and play around with plant-based ground, instead of just using it to make a regular burger. If you’re planning a cookout or a fun gathering, these vegan bacon cheeseburger cups are a great addition to appetize your guests.
Ingredients
2 packs of Beyond “Beef”ground
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp thyme
2 tbsp black pepper
4 tbsp pepper steak spice blend
1 tbsp parsley
4 strips of Sweet Earth plant-based bacon
Violife Cheddar Shreds
2 slices of Field Roast Chao Tomato Cayenne cheese
Vegan ranch - Follow Your Heart
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Then, in a mixing bowl add your seasonings of choice and mix them together.
Take your plant-based ground beef and roll it into the seasoning mixture - best to use gloves if you’re baking/cooking for others and it’s also less messy to roll.
Cut a block of the tomato cayenne cheese and stuff it in between the ball of plant-based ground beef. Add to baking pan and shape it to fit inside the holes of the pan - repeat till all holes are filled
Next, chop your Vegan bacon into little bacon bits and add them to each cheeseburger cup.
Top each cup with Vegan cheddar shreds and sprinkle with parsley. Place it in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
When the baking has finished, drizzle Vegan ranch on each cup for extra taste (optional).
Serve and enjoy these delicious stuffed vegan bacon cheeseburger cups!!!
